Business Training Services Offered – Communication Skills Coaching, Report Writing Skills Training, and Other Programmes

We tailor our business training services to suit your individual needs, and offer a range of different formats for communication skills training and communication skills coaching:

Individual development
One of our consultants works with one individual client for a series (usually six) of two-hour sessions spread one to three weeks apart. This approach is ideal for directors, partners and other top management whose busy diaries and individual needs suggest that a communication skills coaching program would be more suitable for them.

Group courses
Groups of up to six participants spend two days developing and practising skills to gain a thorough grounding in our unique approach. The time may be in half day or full day blocks, either consecutively or a week or two apart. This format is particularly suitable for participants where teamwork is important.

Combination method
Three individual sessions followed by a one-day workshop. This method allows differing personal needs to be dealt with candidly in the individual sessions, while providing the benefit of teamwork in groups for visual aids and question handling skills.

Rising Stars programme
This one-day course for up to eight participants is appropriate when a company does not feel a full communication skills training course is justified, but wishes to provide participants with a good grounding and skill base in spoken communications.

Open courses
In addition to the "in-house" training we conduct for most of our clients, we run two-day workshops for up to six people from different organisations who have one or two individuals who would benefit from communication skills training.

Consultancy and Coaching
We will advise you on how to prepare and deliver an excellent presentation for a specific occasion. This may be a new business pitch, conference, or important media event.

Other Spoken & Written Communication Skills
Our business training services in subjects other than presentation skills (eg Report Writing Skills) is normally conducted in small group workshops of one-day duration. However, formatting is flexible depending on client needs, and includes one-on-one development programs in communication skills coaching.
